Description
The project proposes to resurface State Route 116 and includes repair and replacement of culverts and guardrails; installation of streetlights; widening shoulders for Class II bicycle lanes and pullouts; addition of sidewalks and crosswalks; and upgrades to existing pedestrian infrastructure to meet ADA standards.
