The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-64389-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Sharon Bickford. The Project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Miller Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use.
