Permit No. 19999 – California Department of Transportation Binney Junction Project Telecommunications Utility Relocation

Approval of Permit No. 19999, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: Cogent proposes to install two 2-inch diameter high-density polyethylene HDPE conduits underground and new fiber cables on joint use utility poles, and to abandon in place existing fiber optic facilities as part of the Caltrans SR 70 Binney Junction Project Permit 19755 which was approved by the Board in August 2025.
