City of Poway Treated Water Facilities & Redundant Pipeline Project

The Project proposes new water facilities to replace and abandon existing water facilities and provide treated water to the City. Specifically, the City of Poway would construct a transmission pipeline with associated vaults within Espola Road and Lake Poway Road, a new booster pump station, a forebay tank, piping between the pump station/forebay tank and existing clearwells, a sodium hypochlorite system, and a surge tank.
