Sierra Vista Specific Plan Elementary School #2

The project is an Addendum to the EIR and would develop a new elementary school on the project site to meet demand and maintain enrollment from anticipated new residential development. The new elementary school would have a capacity of 800 students and be located on Parcel KT-61 11.94 acres within the Sierra Vista Specific Plan area. The Modified Project would include the construction of buildings up to two stories in height, with a total building size of approximately 55,000 square feet.
