The Proposed Project would construct approximately 5,000 linear feet of 84-inch to 102-inch RCP along 6th St, Pennsylvania Ave, and E 1st St in the City to handle anticipated future flows. Manholes would be constructed for maintenance access at intervals of no more than 500 feet at the end of each line.
