Kiefer Landfill Gas Utilization Project

Kiefer Landfill Generating III, LLC is proposing to construct a renewable natural gas RNG plant with a capacity of 8,000 standard cubic feet per minute scfm at Kiefer Landfill and a pipeline connecting the plant to existing Pacific Gas & Electric PG&E natural gas pipelines in Sacramento County.
