Bixby Rezoning Project (City of Long Beach General Plan Land Use and Urban Design Elements Program EIR [SCH #2015051054])

The proposed project is a continued phase of the update of the City’s zoning code in compliance with Project Design Feature 4.4.1 of the Program EIR for the Land Use Element LUE/Urban Design Element UDE adopted in 2019. The proposed project would implement a series of targeted amendments to the City of Long Beach Zoning Regulations that apply to properties within the Greater Bixby Knolls area Bixby Planning Area of the City.
