The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-56585-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Marisa Murrish. The Project is limited to two encroachments for water diversion from springs to unnamed tributaries to Tom Long Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only.
