Carson Residence Project (Western Joshua Tree Conservation Act (WJTCA) Incidental Take Permit No. 1927-ITP-2026-005-06 (ITP))

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued an ITP No. 1927-ITP-2026-005-06, pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Craig and Cindy Carson. The Project is comprised of the development of approximately 1.5 acres of undeveloped land on a 5-acre lot into a 1,028-square-foot single-family residence on the property.
