Description
The program consists of 2 main activities: 1 leader-training/coppicing, and 2 replanting/reforestation. Reforestation may be accompanied by herbicide use following a recommendation from a California-licensed Pest Control Advisor PCA, and after appropriate notifications to the Agricultural Commissioner’s Office and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, and landowners.
