Carpenter Road Floodplain Restoration Project (Restoration Management Permit No. RMP-2026-0025-R4 (RMP))

The Project is designed to establish nine acres of suitable rearing habitat for juvenile salmonids, will enhance the riparian corridor with native vegetation, and will establish a river crossing within a new alcove channel that will ensure continued public access compatible with the Project’s primary purpose of habitat restoration.
