The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve Unpermitted Disposal Site Site in Riverside County is located on multiple steep embankments alongside a &190; mile section of De Luz Road south of Murrietta. CalRecycle will use its contractor to perform the remedial work of removing and disposing of solid waste from the ground to a permitted facility.
