Chevron U.S.A., Inc. 7Z Development Project (California Endangered Species Act Incidental Take Permit No. 2081-2021-039-044 (ITP))

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued an ITP No. 2081-2021-039-04, pursuant to Section 2081b of the Fish and Game Code to Chevron U.S.A., Inc. The Project will construct six large, graded pads i.e., Work Areas ranging in size from approximately 3.2 acres to approximately 23.1 acres. These pads will support future oil production wells, injection wells, observation wells, and associated facilities and infrastructure, but those activities are not covered by this ITP. Pad co...
