Bear Creek South Residential Project

The Bear Creek South Project consists of annexation of approximately 530 acres into the City of Stockton; entitlements include annexation, prezoning; approval of a Development Agreement; and approval of three Tentative Maps for development of approximately 504 acres with 2,241 single-family residential units, parks, open space, and associated infrastructure.
