NOE Adoption of Resolution No. 26-1271 Levying Replenishment Assessment

The District's groundwater replenishment assessment RA is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15261a in that it is part of an ongoing project. Please see attachment for more details. Levying a Replenishment Assessment on the production of groundwater from the groundwater supplies within the District during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027 as provided in Section 60317 of California Water Code.
