Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation to make a lateral connection directly to the Ojai Valley Sanitary District’s sewer main within Caltrans right-of way ROW along State Route SR 33 at post mile PM 10.76, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Ojai, Ventura County. Excavation will have a depth of 6 to 7 feet. No new ROW will be acquired to complete the proposed work.
