West Sacramento Office and Training Space Lease

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection CAL FIRE is proposing to renew a lease for office and training building space within an existing facility consisting of approximately 68,456 sf. The current lease has expired, and this renewal will retain the current space for future CAL FIRE training and office space. No tenant improvements or changes are proposed.
