The California Department of Transportation proposes a Director's Order project to replace a culvert at post mile 19.39 on Interstate 5 in Merced County. The scope of work includes replacing approximately 25-feet of the damaged section of the 18-inch corrugated steel pipe culvert from the bedn in the facility to the culverts outlet and installing an 18-inch metal flared end section.
