Amendment 1: Installation of two 2 AC units on roof and associated roof framing, ductwork, electrical, and condensate for warehouse cooling. From parent project: Minor alterations to existing facilities including pit infill, pier bollard installation, light pole relocation, office retrofit, concrete pad installation, asphalt improvements, and pothole patching for pier and parking lot as needed.
