Del Norte Thin Overlay

Work will consist of an 0.08' RHMA-Gap Graded Bonded Wearing Course overlay, replacing guardrail, replacing rumble strips, placing new shoulder backing, and replacing high friction surface treatment. All work will be within the existing State right of way. Equipment staging will be confined to paved surfaces and existing non-vegetated turnouts.
