To authorize an existing 14-inch diameter irrigation pipe through the levee with a slant pump on a support structure, a corrugated metal pipe enclosure with positive closure device on the waterside levee shoulder, a 12-inch intake pipe within a 20-inch steel sleeve, a 2-inch conduit with electrical conductors, and a siphon breaker on the landside levee shoulder.
