100 Oceangate, LLC – Purchase and Sale Agreement

Purchase and Sale Agreement in the amount of $36,000,000 between the Port of Long Beach and 100 Oceangate, LLC for the Port’s acquisition of an existing developed property located at 100 Oceangate, situated on approximately 3.26 acres, consisting of an existing 13-story office building of approximately 226,748 rentable square feet and 611 parking spaces within a 5-level parking structure.
