Description
On July 7, 2026, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board Regional Water Board issued this Statewide Restoration General Order Notice of Applicability NOA to the Yurok Tribe. The Project will create new floodplain areas and instream habitat along the upper section of Weaver Creek and will significantly increase the amount of instream habitat for coho salmon. This notice is to advise that the Regional Water Board issued the above-described NOA on the date signed below.
