The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code, Section 26012, approved a small indoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 06/02/2025, by T.O.R.O. LLC. The Project will consist of indoor cultivation facility up to 10,000 SF of canopy.
