Cantu Apartments Project

The Project proposes to develop a 16-unit apartment complex with an 1,802 sq ft open space area that includes a playground, a 25-stall parking lot with one ADA stall, and other minor site improvements. The site is approximately 0.70 acres in size, inclusive of APN 013-241-1 9 0.44 acres and a 0.26-acre portion of Tule St. that has been proposed for abandonment between 6th St. and SR 33. The Mendota City Council has approved a general plan amendment and a rezone to facilitate the development.
