Almond Acres

The proposed project TSM 2024-01 would subdivide a 12.46-acre site into three parcels and develop a mix of single-family and multifamily units, for a total of 67 residential units. An Initial Study found all environmental impacts to be less than significant or mitigated, except for VMT. A Focused EIR concluded the project's VMT impact would remain significant and unavoidable because no feasible mitigation measures are available to reduce it below the significance threshold.
