UC Davis acquired by purchase an 0.4 acre property at 2270 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA APN 017-0032-012-0000 on July 10, 2026. The lot is improved with an approximately 6,500 SF office space building and a parking lot with 24 stalls. UC Davis will continue to use this building for office operations.
