5 Commercial Blvd. Self-Storage

Proposal to demolish the existing 2-story office building and construct a 14,303 sf self storage facility with a 143-sf manager's office. The self-storage units would be 9-ft. in height. Twelve parking spaces are proposed, as well as a new 8-ft. 6-in tall stucco-finish perimeter wall, metal access gates, landscaping and exterior lighting.
