To authorize pole 5/91 and pole 5/90 on the Weber-Mormon Junction 60kV electric transmission line that was constructed in 1953, before the adopted plan of flood control “Operation and Maintenance Manual for Mormon Slough Project San Joaquin County, California, Part No.I-Levees and Channels, San Joaquin River to Bellota, 1967”. This is an aerial crossing with the poles located on the landside.
