Los Amigos Cottages Builder’s Remedy Project

The Project involves a tentative subdivision map to subdivide the 2.72-acre site into 32 lots in order to construct 26 for sale detached single-family residences and 6 for sale attached single-family “duet" style residences, affordable housing waivers, and use of State Density Law Parking Standards.
