Concurrence in the issuance of a Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP) for the CWS DTLA Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station in the City of LA

The proposed SWFP will allow for the following: increasing the permitted tonnage from 500 tons per day to 900 tons per day; increasing the permitted area from 1.24 acres to 2.19 acres; and increasing the design capacity from 500 tons per day to 900 tons per day.
