The California Department of Transportation Caltrans, using state funding, is proposing a pavement overlay along State Route SR 395 in Modoc County between Post Miles PM39.9 and 47. The purpose of this project is to extend the life of the pavement and provide a safer more comfortable ride. Th project proposes to place 0.10’ overlay with isolated digouts.
