Authorize Capital Modification No. 8 for Port Administration Building Window Replacement

The proposed action authorizes Capital Modification No. 8 in the amount of $233,910 to replace broken windows at the Administration Building. This action is part of a broader request that also authorizes spending in the amount of $2,425,000 and Capital Modification No. 6 in the amount of $1,428,420 to complete the Preliminary Design Phase of the Administration Building Lobby Enhancements.
