Acquisition by the City of approximately one acre of real property located at 3875 Skyfarm Drive, Santa Rosa, California. The current action is limited solely to acquisition of the property and does not authorize construction, grading, demolition, or physical modifications to the site. Any future development of the property would be subject to separate discretionary approvals and environmental review, as required by law.
