ALA-580, ALA-24, and CC-24 Install Full Trash Capture Devices

Caltrans proposes to install full trash capture devices trash nets and trash capture housing at locations along I-580 in Alameda County and SR-24 in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties to keep trash out of local waterways.
