The 80-acre Southeast Specific Plan “SESP” area is bounded to the north by the Canon Manor Specific Plan Area, to the east by Petaluma Hill Road and undeveloped land, to the south by Valley House Drive and undeveloped land, and to the west by Bodway Parkway and land in the Sonoma Mountain Village Planned Development.
