Caltrans proposes to repair six 6 culverts via CIPP Cured-in-Place-Pipe Liner In San Diego County on Interstate 8 at various locations from 0.1 miles east of the Fairmount Avenue undercrossing to 0.3 miles west of the Severin Drive overcrossing.
