Eighth amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding MOU between the Long Beach Harbor Department and the Long Beach Utilities Department extending the term of the MOU three years to September 30, 2028 for the Long Beach Utilities Department to continue water quality sampling, analyses, and reporting services as required by the State Water Resources Control Board Department of Drinking Water for approximately 230 miles of water transmission pipelines owned by the Long Beach Harbor Department.
