Digouts and Slurry Seal Shoulder Backing on SR 94

Caltrans proposes to remove pavement in need of repair and replacing it with HMA-Type A. The project site is in In San Diego County at various locations along SR 94 near Dulzura and Barrett Junction from 1.2 miles east of Grande Creek Bridge to 0.6 miles west of Route 188.
