Village at Laguna Hills

The Project is a modification of the previously approved 2022 Village at Laguna Hills project. At buildout, the project includes about 140,120 square feet of new retail and restaurant space excluding existing King’s Fish House, In-N-Out Burger, and BJ’s which total 23,095 s.f., up to 1,500 residential units including multifamily buildings, townhomes, single family attached and detached homes, and two hotels 120 and 119 rooms.
