Description
The Project consists of blading, grading, and drainage restoration of FR 1N13, a USFS road providing access to District water infrastructure, to restore a passable road surface and proper drainage following damage from Tropical Storm Hilary August 2023 and subsequent debris flows following the Line Fire September-October 2024.
