The project involves cold milling existing AC pavement, AC removals and Reconstructions, ARHM overlay, AC base overlay and adjusting utilities to grade; signing, striping, and traffic control; removal and replacement of existing cross gutters and spandrels, including adjacent existing curb and gutter, existing sidewalk, existing ADA curb ramps and other appurtenant work.
