Cosumnes River College New Grounds Shop Project

The proposed project will locate the Cosumnes River College CRC New Grounds Shop Shop in the northern portion of the campus, adjacent east of N CRC Campus Drive. The Shop will be an 80-foot by 40-foot metal structure with staff restrooms, a break room, and kitchenette. Associated hardscape, including asphalt paving for a new driveway and drive aisles around the building, trenching for plumbing, and utilities, is also planned.
