Description
Surface water was detected and the source was determined to be treated water from Pipeline 3 – a 66-inch steel pipe which is part of the Water Authority’s Second Aqueduct. The project will include excavation and replacement of the steel pipe sections. Staging, excavation and construction will occur within the Water Authority’s easement.
