Victory Blvd to Van Nuys Blvd 34.5KV Underground Conduit

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power plans to install fifteen underground vaults and approximately 9,000 feet of underground conduit along Victory Blvd starting at Blewett Ave and going east to Van Nuys Blvd, continuing south along Van Nuys Blvd and ending at Friar St in the Van Nuys neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA as part of a 34.5 kilovolt kV line extension.
