Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center Parking Structure Project

The proposed project includes the removal of an existing 231-space surface parking lot for the development of a 3-story, 784-space parking structure at the southwest corner of Talbert Avenue and Foster Street. The structure would be for hospital employees only and would include a pedestrian bridge from the proposed structure to a parking lot opposite east of Foster Street.
