The proposed project would involve the construction and operation of a 5,000 square feet fabrication facility on the northern portion of a 1.8 gross acre site. The project would develop 40% of the site, with development occurring in the northern portion of the site, north of the onsite drainage course. The remaining 60% of the site would remain undeveloped.
