Carmichael Promenade Phase 2 Lot Line Adjustment

The project consists of a lot line adjustment between Lots 9 and 24, and common Lots B and I of the Carmichael Promenade Map. The project will increase the lot size of Lots 9 and 24 and reduce the lot sizes of Lots B and I. Lot B will be reduced to just the paseo running from north to south, adjacent to Lots 12, 13, 20, and 21.
