Carmichael Promenade Phase 6 Lot Line Adjustment

The project consists of a lot line adjustment between Lots 21, 22, and 23, and common Lot B of the Carmichael Promenade Map. The project will increase the lot size of Lots 21, 22, and 23 and reduce the lot size of Lot B. Lot B will be reduced to just the paseo running from north to south, adjacent to Lots 12, 13, 20, and 21.
